This absolutely gorgeous cookbook was an editing project that I was lucky enough to be involved with. Elizabeth Kaplan is the founder and CEO of The Pure Pantry, which produces a line of gluten-free baking mixes as well as offering cooking classes, lots of education about living gluten-free and this beautiful cookbook, "Fresh from Elizabeth's Kitchen: Gluten-Free & Allergy-Free Recipes for Healthy, Delicious Meals."
